A psychology background, and real coaching training.

I’ve worked as a registered therapist specialising in anxiety, low mood, and supporting people living with long term health conditions. That experience sits behind everything I do.

More recently I qualified as a certified Mindset Coach. So this is psychology based coaching, focused on helping you move forward, build confidence and grow. It’s coaching, not therapy.
